Ashish Tiwari
CEO
Ashish Tiwari is passionate about positioning and developing innovative technologies and products. He is a 1994 Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College – Rewa, and 1999 MBA in Marketing from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) – Ghaziabad. Ashish is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), India, and is a founding member of ACPI – Association of Compostable Products in India. During his career of more than two and a half decades, Ashish has served various industries, including industrial products & equipment, chemicals, packaging, auto components, and the service industry. He has a great interest in management research and mentoring young talent in the industry and academics.

Sachin Barekar is a Mech. Engg. graduate with over 23 years of diverse experience in Project Management and Operations across various industries, Minerals & Mining, Process & Water, Oil & Gas, & Industrial Manufacturing & Fabrication. He excels in VCT, Stage-Gate, & business excellence process mgmt. He is associated with several professional organizations, including QCFI, IBMS, PMI, IE, & ICMEE South Africa

Chiranjiv Shah
Head Business Development
Chiranjiv Shah has Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and did his master’s in Management Studies (M.M.S) in Marketing from Mumbai University.
He has over 20 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing, covering various industries for companies; Eagle Burgmann, TYCO Sanmar, Kirloskars, and Klaus Union.
With the virtue of qualification and experience, he is leading our business development team for the company’s vision.
Prachi Borkar
Head Human Resources
Prachi Borkar spearheads the Human Resources function at Conchem Labs and its group of dynamic startups promoted by the CCL leadership. A qualified electronics engineer with a postgraduate specialization in Human Resources. Certified in Foundations and Application of Everyday Leadership from the University of Illinois, and in People Analytics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prachi brings over two decades of rich and versatile experience across diverse sectors — from agile startups to mature, process-driven organizations. Prachi is widely recognized for her emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership style, and ability to build high-trust, high-performance environments.
