Head Business Development
Chiranjiv Shah has Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and did his master’s in Management Studies (M.M.S) in Marketing from Mumbai University.
He has over 20 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing, covering various industries for companies; Eagle Burgmann, TYCO Sanmar, Kirloskars, and Klaus Union.
With the virtue of qualification and experience, he is leading our business development team for the company’s vision.
Prachi Borkar
Head Human Resources
Prachi Borkar spearheads the Human Resources function at Conchem Labs and its group of dynamic startups promoted by the CCL leadership. A qualified electronics engineer with a postgraduate specialization in Human Resources. Certified in Foundations and Application of Everyday Leadership from the University of Illinois, and in People Analytics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prachi brings over two decades of rich and versatile experience across diverse sectors — from agile startups to mature, process-driven organizations. Prachi is widely recognized for her emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership style, and ability to build high-trust, high-performance environments.
