CorroFlex® TTCI®
Powered by TTCI® technology, CorroFlex TTCI® is a precision-dosed powder corrosion inhibitor in a water-soluble sachet for convenience. When added to fresh (green) concrete, it significantly enhances the structure’s resistance to corrosion.
With its high vapour pressure, the active components are drawn through the concrete matrix toward embedded steel rebars—even penetrating dense concrete. These vapours form a protective monomolecular layer on the steel surface, effectively interrupting the corrosion cycle by blocking both anodic and cathodic reactions simultaneously.
CorroFlex TTCI® is compatible with all types of cement, including OPC, PPC, and slag cement, without compromising the essential properties of the concrete mix. Ideal for residential & commercial structures, and repair applications, it delivers reliable, long-lasting protection of reinforcement bars with maximum ease of use.
How To Use
Step:1
Inspect and Prepare
One packet contains 20 Sachets
Step:2
Open Packet
Open the Packet and take out sachets as per the number of cement bags being used to make the concrete. Zip-lock the packet to protect the remaining sachets
Step:3
Close the packet
Drop the sachets directly into the concrete mix being prepared

Add into mixer
Mix the concrete as per the standard concrete-making practice

Inspect and Prepare
- Check that the packet and sachets are sealed and dry.
- जांच लें कि पैकेट और पाउच सीलबंद और सूखे हैं।
Open Packet
- Open the packet carefully. 1 packet contains 20 Sachets. Take one sachet.
- पैकेट को ध्यान से खोलें। एक पैकेट में 20 पाउच होते हैं। एक पाउच लें।
Close the packet
- Keep the packet closed when not in use.
- जब उपयोग में न हो तो पैकेट को बंद रखें।
Method 1: Direct Addition
- After adding Raw materials (Cement, Sand, Aggregates (10mm – 20mm) & water) into the mixer, the required number of sachets are to be added into the mixer. • (For Example: 1-2 sachets to be added along with the raw materials)
- कच्चा माल (सीमेंट, रेत, एग्रीगेट्स (10 मिमी – 20 मिमी) और पानी) मिक्सर में डालने के बाद, आवश्यक संख्या में पाउच मिक्सर में डालने हैं। (उदाहरण के लिए: कच्चे माल के साथ 1-2 पाउच डालने हैं)
Method 2: Pre-dissolve Method
- Take 1 kg of water in a jar and add 1-2 sachets into the water. (Dose: 1-2 sachets of Corroflex TTCI for 1 bag of cement)
- एक जार में 1 किलो पानी लें और उसमें 1-2 पाउच डालें। (मात्रा: सीमेंट के 1 बैग के लिए कोरोफ्लेक्स टीटीसीआई के 1-2 पाउच)
- Stir it with the help of iron rod for 30-40 seconds with 20-25 manual rotations per second to make a suspended
- लोहे की रॉड की सहायता से इसे 30-40 सेकंड तक 20-25 बार प्रति सेकंड घुमाएँ।
- liquid solution of Corroflex TTCI and water.
- कोरोफ्लेक्स टीटीसीआई और पानी का एक निलंबित तरल घोल तैयार करें।
- After the addition of raw materials (Cement, Sand, Aggregates (10mm – 20mm)) into the concrete mixer, pour this suspended liquid solution into the concrete mixer.
- कंक्रीट मिक्सर में कच्चा माल (सीमेंट, रेत, एग्रीगेट्स (10 मिमी – 20 मिमी)) डालने के बाद, इस निलंबित तरल घोल को कंक्रीट मिक्सर में डालें।
Step 5: Mix Concrete
- Run the concrete mixer: – Add dissolved liquid solution or sachets into the mixer without taking additional mixing time.
- कंक्रीट मिक्सर चलाएँ:- मिश्रण में अतिरिक्त समय लगाए बिना, घुले हुए तरल घोल या पाउच को मिक्सर में डालें।
