Requirements of the role:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets within the infrastructure construction segment of the B2B and B2G sectors.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, materials, and businesses in the infrastructure construction sector.
- Provide expertise on concrete and construction chemical applications, with a focus on waterproofing solutions.
- Offer guidance on concrete admixtures and mix design to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and deliver seminars and presentations to educate clients and industry stakeholders on our products and solutions.
- Generate and analyse sales projections and Management Information System (MIS) reports.

Requirements of the role:
- Proficiency in technical specifications management to create unique and competitive specifications for enhanced business development.
- Familiarity with corrosion science technology, high-performance additives, concrete technology, and polymer coatings across various products and markets.
- Specialized expertise in one or more of the mentioned fields is welcome, although comprehensive knowledge is ideal.
- Willingness to travel extensively initially and subsequently as per requirements within the assigned territory.
- In-depth understanding of concrete admixtures.
- Experience in generating specifications with consultants during project’s early design stages.
- Provision of specification support to the sales department for ongoing projects, including method statement and BOQ preparation.
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Preference for candidates with a background in RMC/Cement/Construction chemicals.

- Knowledge of the process of research and development (R&D), formulations development, product development, etc.
- Experience of implementing research and development (R&D) or Product Development programs end-to-end
- Team leadership and development
- Expertise in areas such as corrosion science technology, high-performance additives, polymer coatings etc.
- Should be able to work on emerging technologies/ materials/ formulations such as nano-technologies and their applications, and product development
- In-depth knowledge of chemical and polymer additives, nanotech (e.g. Anatase nano TiO2, Graphene, nano Carbon nanotubes), corrosion inhibitors etc.

Requirements of the role:
- Knowledge of chemical production processes and methods.
- Designing and building chemical manufacturing pilot plants.
- Evaluating and selecting chemicals, catalysts, solvents, reagents, and
other materials based on various properties. - Monitoring and maintaining chemical plant equipment such as reactors, heat exchangers, separators, pumps, compressors,
evaporators, and other accessories & utilities. - Performing calculations using scientific and engineering principles to
design chemical processes.
Developing and implementing methods to monitor and control
various processes of a chemical plant. - Conducting feasibility studies, designing processes, conducting experiments, collecting data, analyzing results, drawing conclusions,
and reporting the findings to project stakeholders. - Creating standards, SOPs and specifications for processes, facilities,
products and quality tests. - Evaluating the environmental impact of projects and liaisoning with statutory agencies to obtain the required clearances.
- Ability to use tools and software to create and design chemical processes, analyze data and create reports.
- Ready to travel and conduct research, or to provide support services, to the contract manufacturers.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with the team and agencies.
- Must be able to work independently when necessary.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
