Ashish Tiwari
CEO
Ashish Tiwari is passionate about positioning and developing innovative technologies and products. He is a 1994 Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College – Rewa, and 1999 MBA in Marketing from Institute of Management Technology (IMT) – Ghaziabad. Ashish is a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD), India, and is a founding member of ACPI – Association of Compostable Products in India. During his career of more than two and a half decades, Ashish has served various industries, including industrial products & equipment, chemicals, packaging, auto components, and the service industry. He has a great interest in management research and mentoring young talent in the industry and academics.

Ashwin Naik has an overall industry experience of more than 15 years having worked with leading companies like LnT Construction, Lodha Developers and Cushman & Wakefield. An alumni of NICMAR Pune, he is an expert in the field of durability of RCC structures. He has closely worked with leading researchers like (retd.) late Prof. R.D.Angal (IIT Bombay), and Dr. M.K.Kamat. Adept in aspects like design of structures as well as execution, his application-based approach to research is a key element of Conchem Labs’ development of state-of-the-art solutions.

Chiranjiv Shah
Head Business Development
Chiranjiv Shah has Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and did his master’s in Management Studies (M.M.S) in Marketing from Mumbai University.
He has over 20 years of work experience in Sales and Marketing, covering various industries for companies; Eagle Burgmann, TYCO Sanmar, Kirloskars, and Klaus Union.
With the virtue of qualification and experience, he is leading our business development team for the company’s vision.

Durga is a seasoned professional with more than fifteen years of experience across industries. With a robust background of institutional business development, he has held pivotal roles in various organizations he served for the business generation across many geographies. Durga has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and post-graduation in marketing. He currently leads the Institutional Business Development in ConChem Labs. His strategic planning, customer focus, and rich industry experience shall enable him making a significant contribution in the ConChem Lab’s future growth.
